Community Info: In the Village of Bartlett, Illinois, New England Builders continues to reinforce its leadership in cooperative ventures with public agencies. For Bartlett Town Center, NEB was unanimously selected by the Village Council as the Master Developer for the project. Working in concert with Local, State and Regional agencies, NEB will create a transit-oriented neighborhood that will include a variety of residential, commercial, and civic venues.
